Rubber coated rollers
Dansk Gummi Industri provides rubber coating of rollers in custom sizes and materials.
Dansk Gummi Industri has many years of experience in rubber coating of rollers. We have a profound knowledge of the properties and qualities and on this basis we can advise you with regard to selection of rubber material and the shape of your rollers. In our flexible and modern production we can handle rubber coatings according to your specifications. We can provide rubber covered rollers in lengths ranging from 5 mm to 8,000 mm (8 m). If you need even longer rollers, please contact our sales department for a special solution.
Rubber coating can be conducted in various types of rubber, which we hot vulcanise on the roller core. This provides 100% adhesion to the metal of the roller core also in cases where the roller is to be exposed to salt water. The rubber roller itself can be formed into many shapes and surfaces, which appear here. (bookmark til faconer neden for her).
Through grinding the rubber roller can have a variety of surfaces and shapes. With our CNC controlled grinder we are capable of grinding exactly the required shape or surface. See the various possibilities here.

The rollers can be coated with durable rubber types that will not rub off or corresponding polyurethane coating.
Repair
If your rollers are worn out and need new rubber cover, then Dansk Gummi Industri can repair them by e.g. grinding, polishing, doming convex or concave, grinding of rises and grooves.
